Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for earrings due to sanitary reasons. For health and hygiene purposes, I cannot resell earrings once they have been worn, tried on, or removed from their original packaging. This ensures the safety and well-being of all my customers.

For necklaces, I am happy to provide refunds or exchanges, provided they meet my returns criteria.

Faulty Items

Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me via the Contact Me page within 7 days of delivery. To assist in resolving the issue promptly, I may request photos or further evidence. I aim to respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, AEST).

Items I Cannot Accept

  • Items that are not returned in their original condition, e.g., worn, scratched, damaged, or not in original packaging.

  • Earrings, due to sanitary reasons. For health and safety, any earrings returned after being opened, worn, or handled cannot be accepted.

  • Sale items.

As a policy, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered based on colour discrepancies or finish variations that result from photographic or technological influences. I appreciate your understanding and your trust in Tilly May’s commitment to quality and transparency.
